This spacious 158 m² 4-bedroom house offers the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking relaxation and comfort. Its two-story layout provides plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

On the ground floor, the living room features comfortable sofas and a TV for your entertainment, while the dining room offers a large table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and appliances such as a stove, oven, and microwave, perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. This floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom for added convenience.

For your ease, the property includes a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet all your laundry needs.

Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms: one with a single bed and two with double beds, each thoughtfully furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There’s also a shared bathroom on this floor.

The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The house is always professionally cleaned to guarantee your comfort and peace of mind.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is in the Charneca de Caparica parish of Almada, Setúbal District.
For nature lovers, the nearby Praia da Fonte da Telha—just 3 km to the south—is a broad beach renowned for its sunbathing, surfing, and beachside cafes. Other scenic spots like Praia da Morena, Praia da Sereia, and Praia da Nova Vaga lie within a 2–2.5 km radius, offering diverse coastal experiences. The Mata Nacional dos Medos, a protected forest ideal for hiking and exploring, is located less than a kilometre away, while the Paisagem Protegida da Arriba Fóssil da Costa de Caparica, known for its striking fossil cliffs, is about 4 km away.

The area boasts a variety of dining options within walking distance. Central dos Leitões is renowned for its traditional Portuguese roasted piglet and is just 380 meters away. Dias dos Caracóis, a popular spot for seasonal dishes such as snails, is about 470 meters away. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
