This magnificent, modern and stylish villa is ideally located in a quiet residential area, just 3.4 km from Fonte da Telha beach and close to many other sandy beaches. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The interior of the villa has been tastefully decorated, providing a warm and cosy environment. You'll appreciate the quality facilities, including the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils you'll need. The bright living room is perfect for relaxing with family and friends, with a TV and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The house is fully air-conditioned, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

Outside, you can enjoy the private heated swimming pool (max. 22 degrees in winter). There are also areas for relaxing and dining al fresco, with a barbecue for convivial grilling. Parking is easy with 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.

Ideal for families, or groups of friends, this villa offers an exceptional holiday setting, close to many activities and tourist attractions. You will be just 25 minutes' drive from Lisbon city centre and a few kilometres from several renowned golf courses, including Golf d'Aroeira.

Good base for mixed beach/city trip

The location was good for us to quickly spend time at the beach or in Lisbon, as well as to local restaurants & grocery. Enjoyed the private pool (was not a fan of having to pay extra for pool towels when it’s a pool home). Bedrooms & baths were updated & nice.

Modern, clean and perfect base for beach holiday near Lisbon

We have family in Portugal (Lisbon) and travel here frequently. We were searching for a villa within 40 minutes from Lisbon airport, and within ten minutes from beaches. This was perfect! Modern, clean, fully air conditioned, great pool for the kids including all water toys and inflatables. Close to multiple beaches and a good bakery, food store etc. Only downside is the lack of view…We will be returning!

Girls-Trip in this beautiful Cottage

We stay here for 1 week for a girls vacation. The stay in the house was super nice, everything was very clean and the garden /pool was great and we have lacked nothing. What also was great, was that Bia from the Casa Shelter Team was available around the clock for questions! Thank you very much!

Kleine Abweichungen vom Inserat

Tolle Unterkunft , sehr sauber und neu. Leise Umgebung und tolle Strände. Parkplatz stand nicht zur Verfügung, Duschkabine defekt und verschimmelt, Pumpe vom Pool den ganzen Tag zu hören.
