The apartment has a spacious open space double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third single bed, a comfortable living area with sofa bed and flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils, ideal for living the stay in total autonomy.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet, while the real strength of the apartment is the beautiful private panoramic terrace overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean gardens of Villa Rilù. Villa Rilù is located in Alliste, one of the most authentic and strategic locations in lower Salento, perfect for exploring the wonders of the Ionian coast. In a few minutes by car you can reach Torre San Giovanni, Gallipoli, Punta della Suina, Lido Pizzo and Santa Maria di Leuca, alternating days at sea with excursions to the characteristic villages of Salento. The area is famous for its clear sea, centuries-old olive trees, typical cuisine and local traditions that make Salento one of the most popular destinations in Southern Italy.

N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
