"Only marked this hotel down because it's currently undergoing renovations. Some floor trim missing and a few other minor things. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast. The breakfast serving area was hidden behind a barn door and was quite spacious and diverse! Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Kingsport is a spacious community. Many places to eat and coffee shops, plus a mall."

"The room was clean but felt damp, especially the floor. The air conditioner wasn’t draining on the outside so that was probably the issue. Otherwise, the room was ok."

"There's a Walmart near by its walking distance but it's through traffic. Room was clean when I arrived. It is pet friendly. They don't really have that much staff but they do get the job done "

"This is the only place we stay at in Kingsport. The rooms are cool during the summer, the beds are always comfortable and there's plenty of restaurants nearby so we never have to go far if we don't want to. "
