The staff at Capitol Hill is exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Everyone meets you with a smile. A few complaints about the property though. First there were cockroaches in the bathroom, I think from the sewer. Secondly during my stay there was pool renovation occurring which made it so loud all day you couldn’t stay in the room. Finally the air conditioning in the room leaked water so there was a constant mildew odor and mold on the walls which should be addressed asap. Even with the challenges I’d stay again because the staff is so great.

Place was quiet. Except for occasional planes landing..
clean and courteous staff. No frills hotel and reasonable price
Hot water erratic though.
