The interior features a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen, including modern appliances and a central island, perfect for sharing moments while enjoying the views. The house has air conditioning in all rooms for your maximum comfort.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows: the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with two single beds. Additionally, the double sofa bed in the living room allows accommodation for up to 8 people comfortably.
In the exterior, the private swimming pool surrounded by natural grass and a covered area with furniture to enjoy the outdoors are the perfect setting to relax and disconnect. In addition, the garden offers an ideal space for children and family leisure moments.
The location is strategic: just 4 km from supermarkets and local restaurants, less than 30 km from beaches such as La Cala de Mijas, Málaga and Torremolinos, and close to recognised golf courses like Alhaurín Golf and Lauro Golf.
