"Front desk agent acted rudely. I asked if there was baggage assistance, and the man pointed at carts without saying anything. A “No, sir, but we do have carts” would have been more polite and less condescending. The property is a nice place, but first impressions stick. I’ll never forget the rudeness of that agent."

"Staff were wonderful — very friendly and helpful with recommendations and tour bookings. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with large comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. Pool area was great - always seemed to be loungers available and there’s a shallow, separate section if you want to sit in the pool without being in the way of any swimmers. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. The hotel was also very accommodating with storing luggage both at the beginning and end of our trip."

"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check your child's height. 140cm + gets you full access to everything. Sub 120cm excludes some of the rollercoasters and big slides. Sub 110cm excludes a lot of the slides. Only a few Kiddy slides left to explore. A quick 5 min walk to the park. Wrist bands get you straight it. You will have to leave your stuff unattended if you plan on moving around the park as a family. Or you can rent a locker for 10euro per day. But everyone leaves their stuff on the grassed area and there seems to be a level of trust amongst everyone. We left our towels, phones and flip flops and never had anything missing."
