"The Hotel....
1) We loved the fact that the Hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town/Strip
(Albufeira)... we choose when to visit.
2) The Reception Staff were all very helpful
3) The majority of the Breakfast Staff and Lunch Time Staff (around the Pool Area).....
Tried the hardest to please but there English was Not their Best.
4) On the last day of our stay......
Mohammed was introduced to help with Lunchtime.... He could converse with ease.
I'm Sorry to say that our Portuguese is
non-existent ( which is shame on us)
5) Catarina Simoes is very hands on and saw her most days supervising and tidying up various parts of the Hotel to help her staff.
On the Whole a very satisfying stay....
We hope to return some day....
Unfortunately so many places to visit.
