とても良いホテルです
ホテルのすぐそばにビーチがあり、子供たちは何度も行って遊びました。部屋もベッドも広く、テラスから海が見え、快適でした。お願いすると電子ケトルとベビーベッドを用意してくれました。冷蔵庫、バスタブもついていました。次の日に船に乗るツアーに参加したのですが、レセプションで手配してくれました。夜はレストランでブッフェを頂きましたが、美味しかったです。朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったですが9時頃はとても混雑します。アルブフェイラの街中まで少し距離がありますが無料シャトルバスがでています。これに乗れなくてもタクシーで6ユーロほどでした。ファロ空港までは空港シャトルをお願いして40分で45ユーロでした。

リゾート気分満喫
部屋も広く、快適に過ごせました。 Renfe のアルブフェイラ駅からタクシーで10ユーロ弱でした。 リスボンやセビリアに向かうメインバスターミナルへもタクシーで10ユーロ弱でした。 因みに、セビリアへのバスはEVAというパルトガルのバス会社が20ユーロ、4時間半ぐらいの路線を運行しており、ポルトガルからスペインへの移動としては便が良かったです。 市街地からは離れた位置にありますが、ホテルが無料の巡回シャトルバスを1日に数本走らせていました。 キッチンは冷蔵庫も大きく、調理器具も揃っていてしっかり自炊できました。 徒歩で10分程度の場所にそこそこ大きなスーパーがあります。 WIFIは室内にルータが設置されているので電波状態は良好ですが、回線の速度はそれほど速くなかったです。Youtubeの動画ぐらいまでは問題ないですが。 たまたまの部屋のコンディションと思いますが、バスタブの排水が少し悪かったです。 アパートタイプの部屋ですが、清掃は毎日とても丁寧に行っていただけたので非常に快適でした。 ビーチ、プールはもちろん無料で利用できますし、ビーチタオルも無料で貸してもらえました。 ビーチはこじんまりとして良い雰囲気でしたし、プールもきれいでした。 エクスペディアでの予約特典?でスパの1回利用券もいただきました。 長旅の中での日程調整がてら、行ったことのないポルトガル南部のビーチエリアに何となく寄ってみただけの滞在でしたが、オフシーズンということもあり、安い料金でリゾート気分を満喫できました。

The location, the staff and manager were wonderful and they did what they could to make a bad situation better. What happened was ... a cockroach (4 inches) was found in my bathroom. I understand bugs are everywhere but it had never happened to us before. Note: The hotel seemed clean to me and we never saw any more. For our troubles we were moved to a smaller newer roome with a better view and then moved back to the same size room we'd had previously. We were also given a bottle of wine with cheese. Frankly I expected more.

Only one of the advertised 4 restaurants were open during our stay, no beach amenities, indifferent, bordering on rude staff and broken items in our bathroom. The only thing that saved them from a one star was an excellent breakfast buffet and the very nice gentlemen who ran the towel exchange.

When I went for my trip to Albufeira, it was during December where everything was very quiet but not too cold to not go into the private beach that this resort had. I went with 3 other people and stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, and paid around 30 pounds per person. An absolute bargain during this time! Therefore, on the facilities, they were excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, the arrangement this resort had with the little villas (like little homes) littered around the area with a swimming pool in the vicinity was extremely comfortable. One thing to rave about is the private beach. It is exactly what you would want at your doorstep, and we had some moments where we looked at the stars while laying there at night. The sauna rooms with the indoor swimming pool also offered a very comfortable experience. Overall excellent experience. Recommended if you see a great bargain!

We were very happy with our stay! Honestly if we had gin to Algarve first we probably wouldn’t have made it Lisbon. Shuttle in to town very convenient. Breakfast delicious and ample. Location so very pretty. Pillows could use to be changed out , were a bit flat and firm. But other than that, would definitely recommend.

Petite escapade avec mon petit garçon de 8 ans. Très agréable Hôtel 5*, avec kids club, piscine intérieur ( à réserver dés votre arrivée) et accès direct à la plage et parking gratuit. Personnel souriant et accueillant. Point négatif : le buffet du petit déjeuner décevant pour un 5*. Jus de fruits industriel, charcuterie et fromage non réfrigéré ( mauvais aspect et peur d'une intoxication), pas pain et de viennoiserie sans gluten, pas de produits laitiers sans lactose. Toutes la viennoisserie et gâteaux tous industrielles.

Two week stay
Hotel and location was great. Plenty of staff who were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast outstanding. Room spacious and beds comfortable. Only drawback was there is hardly any wifi in our room that was on the 2nd floor. We could only get 1 bar and that would drop off after a few seconds. A small area downstairs in the lobby and the bar was the only place for internet connection. Consequently people who were there to work took up all that area. That is our only complaint.

Unfortunately, the the two-bedroom villa, allocated to us, is extremely poor. Family room room felt like volcano with no stopping of heating, other two bed rooms were freezing cold with faulty thermostat, and one bed room had moldy smell. Contacted property, and sent someone to reset the thermostat, and was told that services would come next day but none showed up.

Hotel is marketing itself as a 5 star resort.I have never seen in any hotel but this a 40-45 min queue to the breakfast room.Unbelievable,this was due to staff dispositioning,but it should never happen in any hotel. Pool area nice.Some of the restaurants way overpriced.

Beachfront location that can’t be beat. Dinner at the beachside Atlantico restaurant was one of our best. Hotel is very nice but the staff seemed tired after the summer crowds

The property and facilities are excellent, the apartment we were in was kept immaculate by the cleaners. The pools, beach and surrounding areas were fantastic. The location was brilliant and we were able to walk or get an uber (very cheap!) everywhere. The restaurants on site were mixed and quite pricey compared to local restaurants in the towns (there are some great ones!). The pizza place on site was fab, although the menu was limited. It could have done with a little bit more entertainment, but I guess it depends what you're looking for. It was very peaceful on the whole.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff are very attentive. Direct access to the beach. Breakfast is super. The hotel is a bit remote but they do provide a free shuttle bus service to the town.

Beautiful property. The restaurants were excellent. For a 5 star hotel, there were some peeling on the walls in our apartment and in some of the common areas. There is a shuttle to go to city center but ends early. Nice staff but I didn’t feel it was a VIP treatment. Everyone was nice to everybody. Will definitely consider going back.
