Hotel bien situé directement dans un centre commercial, équipé d’un frigo ce qui est top, mais niveau insonorisation c’est pas terrible, on entend toutes les portes des clients qui claquent ainsi que les gens qui parlent. J’ai aussi eu des problèmes par rapport à mon stationnement car sur leur site c’est bien précisé parking gratuit mais n’est précisé nul part que le stationnement se fait au -2 et votre plaque devra indiqué à la réception. Sous peine de recevoir les mots tous les jours sur par-brise pour cause de stationnement non autorisé.

Bel hôtel bien entretenu situé dans un centre commercial, à proximité de tout. Personnel globalement accueillant, chambre propre. Boissons à volonté gratuitement. Espaces collectifs très modernes et propres. Place de parking sécurisée. Disponibles dans la chambre : mini frigo, télévision, serviettes, nécessaire de douche, coffre fort. Isolation moyenne, nous entendions les gens ronfler, se doucher, ou encore la musique du centre commercial de bon matin.

Very conveniently located at the top of a shopping mall. The mall doesn’t seem too noisy during off-season, although walls are very thin and inconsiderate neighbors do exist. Water available at all times, breakfast was good, some donuts, croissants, danish, various rolls, toast, cheese, cucumber, no hot foods, various coffees and juices, fruit was very fresh and the kiwis were absolutely gorgeous in size and taste. Safe and mini fridge can be found in the rooms. Shampoo & shower gel available as well. Zero decoration in the rooms, which isn’t necessary in my eyes so it didn’t bother me. Mattresses were comfy, rooms were modern.

I loved the view from the window and clean bed. I didn't like the bathroom edges being dirty or the termites near the bed. I also did not like the fact that we called for toilet paper and they said we had to go get it. When we went to get it they said they would bring it to us to the room. Very confusing and frustrating.

Hotel on the top floor of a mall. Great concept for the remodel. Elevator/escalator to 2nd floor reception. Clean, new 2023. Rooms with windows. Comfortable. All staff helpful. 20 min. Walk to waterfront. Grocery store in mall.

I would have given five stars, however I was given a special access (disabled room), which I wasn’t told about before they accepted and took payment for. This meant the lighting of the room was not as good as the the other normal rooms as my family were staying in. This also meant when showering, all the water just went all over the bathroom floor causing a mess - whereas in my family’s rooms, they had isolable shower doors. Also the AC and mood lighting was faulty when first arrived. Took over an hour to get it sorted, which delayed me getting settled in. Apart from that, it is a very good hotel in terms of quality of finish, modern, clean, friendly staff, free hot beverages, conveniently located on the top floor of a shopping mall. I really just wish they gave me a normal room rather than a disabled special access room or at least told me before I booked or before they took payment.

Parking was under the hotel for free which was a bonus. Breakfast options were very minimal and didn’t suit many dietary requirements. The hotel was inside the shopping centre. No hot drinks in the room but free coffee and tea in the hotel lobby. Nice and clean. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Super Hotel über einem Einkaufszentrum, aber wirklich gut gemacht. Hell, sauber und man fühlt sich sicher. Alle sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und auch bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit gut bestückt. Sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Ruhiges Hotel. Parken im Haus. Komme bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hübsch anzusehen, das Zimmer war „klein“ aber völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war auch gut. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es im Parkhaus. Das Hotel ist über einem Einkaufszentrum, die Lage ist dennoch ruhig.
