「When we check-in to our room, they had some complimentary cookies and sweets for us on tge table which was covered with a glass lid. The next day we found lots of ants crawling in our room’s wall, table, suitcases and all over those sweets. They had letters in the rooms to let guests know about the issue and appointment that they have with pest control company to do their sprays the same day! We reported the issue to management and asked them to get a hold of the pest control company...

「It's a beautiful property but for the cost a lot could be better. The gym was bare, bare minimum. The spa was poorly staffed and the booking app for it didn't every show availability. The wait staff at the restaurant was inattentive and largely ambivalent, although the food was good. Beautiful but not what I would expect for the money.」

We checked in around 7 and the staff member seemed annoyed by that as they wanted to get going, so make sure to check in closer to 4.
