In the peaceful countryside not far from Palma, the family-friendly rural home Sa Torreta is situated in the typical Mallorcan town of Algaida and impresses guests with its generous pool area. Built with rustic wooden roof beams, the spacious holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and satellite television. In your generous outdoor area you will find a veranda with a lounge area, a terrace with a sunshade overgrown with romantic vines, and a barbecue to prepare delicious meals. Your 24 m² pool, lined by sun loungers and a parasol, also awaits you on a warm afternoon. You can reach the closest supermarket and restaurants in 8 minutes walking (650 away) and the centre of the capital city Palma, with a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants and bars, is just 18 minutes driving or 20 km from the property. Furthermore, a wonderful selection of golden, sandy beaches, including Playa de Palma and Playa S’Arenal, are about 19 km or a 20-minute drive away. The water park "Aqualand" is located a 20-minute drive away.
