「Both the sink and bathtub were over flowing, did not drain properly. Towels had stains on them. The blankets felt very thin and had a distinctive scent. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuum or cleaned properly. The TV had issue turning on. We had to manually reset the TV for it to work. The carpets and walls in the hallways look outdated. All of our previous hotels allow us to check in early, they told us check in was at 3pm.」

「This was an amazing stay! Hotel was clean and had an amazing view with sliding windows that made it feel al fresco. I took a stroll on the grass to enjoy the bay. The casino itself was small but had great variety including table games and slot machines which will keep you busy for hours. I dined upstairs, on their second floor restaurant, and the food was delicious! Definitely would come back again.」

「Good location on the waterfront and a block or three away from restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming, and they are very pet-friendly (for a fee). Loses a point because we couldn't find an emergency number to report a clogged toilet on a Sunday morning.」

「Honestly I made the reservation before reading the reviews but did read them as I was on the way there and it made me nervous. As I went to the front desk it was around 9:30pm and there was no one there, waited about 10 minutes and someone finally made it to the counter. I was checked in by two people and one was very nice and the other one was strictly business with zero customer service skills but you can tell this is just how they are, straight business. As I walked to the room I was confused...

「Room was on the small size but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and bed was comfortable. Only disappointment was breakfast time was different than what is listed both here and on their website. We had to leave before breakfast started which made the value a little less. I would go in the future though.」
