「Great location, but the property itself is pretty bare-bones. We arrived to sticky counters and some hair in the shower. The whole thing was just pretty low quality…perfectly fine for a short stay where you’re mostly out and about. Or if you’re just on a budget. Just be prepared for a no-frills place to sleep.」

「We love hanging out at New Belgium as our "home-base" when we visit Asheville, so, the location was great. The room was clean and had all the essentials. I will say, however, if you have hard-steppers or just generally loud people above you, you will hear them. We always pack earplugs so it was whatever. Nice place, would definitely stay again.」
