"Two days in this lovely place was not long enough. The cottage is very well equipped and the furnishings are of a very high standard. An easy walk into the Main Street of Bourton-on-the-Water. We will definitely book again, we wanted warmer weather in order to enjoy the pretty outside space. The key is in a lock box - check again with the owner before arriving as we stood on the pouring rain trying to access the key, only to eventually discover we had not been given the correct code! "Everything was perfect, we’re only sorry that we stayed only for a night. The communication was excellent, from booking to checking in- we were told the house was available for an early check in and everything was catered for- each bedroom had a fan to help with the heat wave, the welcome pack was a lovely touch, the cottage was immaculate and beautifully presented and in walking distance of everything. Would definitely return! Thank you for a fab weekend x"

"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. Warwick Castle Hotel and Knight's Village

"If you have a young family then this hotel is an ideal place to stay when visiting Warwick castle. The whole hotel feels new and clean with an impressive motorised knight and horse in the entrance, the rooms are clean and comfortable with some fun medieval themed decorations. Activities are scheduled for after the castle closes including meeting a knight, training with the knights and a bedtime story that keeps the kids engaged throughout. There's also a small play area which is always a benefit. The food is very much quantity over quality especially with the buffet dinner and breakfast (the juices are best left alone), however you shouldn't come to stay in a place like this for the food"
