Jedoch ist ein Bad für 6 Personen ein bisschen knapp. Die Betten waren ein bisschen klein. Jedoch war die Lage sehr gut um in die Altstadt zu gelangen.

Absolutely loved the holiday from start to finish. The villa was a home away from home. Very clean and well equipped. Pool was fantastic and clean, Juan was lovely when he came for pool maintenance! The location of the villa was perfect, a short walk to the old town with lots of pubs and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Vier fijne dagen in een ruim huis met veel plekken om te zitten zowel buiten als binnen. Een mooi onderhouden tuin in een veilige buurt, het hui heeft ook nog een heerlijk zwembad. De bank mag wel wat steviger want die zit wat door, en de voordeur klemt.

Very good location due to being near the old town but in a quiet area. Would have been nice to have a few more essentials like tea/coffee, salt and pepper, wine bottle opener and bbq utensils. Die Unterkunft ist besser, als es die Fotos vermuten lassen

Es war alles über den Erwartungen. Für vier Personen ist auch die Badezimmer-Situation zu handhaben, bei der Maximalbelegung von sechs Personen sind schon gute Absprachen notwendig -). Die Gegend ist (bis auf Hunde und ggf. Baustellenlärm) sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich nicht als Tourist. Sowohl der Strand alsauch die sehenswerte Altstadt von Alcudia sind ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass eine Grundausstattung von sinnvollen Dinge (Wasser, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer etc.) vorhanden sein sollte. Das würde, gerade eine späte Anreise, noch deutlich entspannter gestalten.

Wij hebben genoten van het mooie huis met privé zwembad. Mooie en rustige omgeving maar toch overal dicht bij. Omdat we laat arriveerde hadden we gevragen of ze wat lekkers in de koelkast konden leggen en dat was gebeurt. Lekker biertje,wijntje en watertje lag lekker koel in de koelkast. Ook was het geen probleem om langer te mogen blijven omdat we later vertrokken. Mooie omgeving waar we zeker nog een keer terug komen. Alles zo laten. Eventueel een extra toilet zou fijn zijn.
