  • Apartment Assimetric is less than 1 minute away from the white sandy beach of Alcúdia.



    Unbeatable location of the flat "Assimetric", bars, restaurants, shops all over the area. The outside terrace is perfect for sunbathing, having breakfast in the morning with the warm rays of the sun or even having dinner with the sea breeze and the soft waves of the sea in the background.



    Its interior is prepared to accommodate a maximum capacity of 6 people, 3 bedrooms (double each one and totally independent) 2 complete bathrooms and an extra courtesy room.



    As soon as you enter you will find a large glass table for breakfast, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs for movie nights, satellite TV with internet.



    The kitchen area is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, kettle, among other things.



    From Rentallorca we invite you to spend a dream summer holiday in the "Assimetric" flat. The beach is less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation, the old town of Alcúdia is less than 10 minutes by car.

Muy lindo apartamento, bien decorado, muebles nuevos, y en una ubicación inmejorable al lado de la playa (30 metros caminando). La vista también muy buena, y con todos los restaurantes caminando. Dos puntos de mejora: (1) Se necesitan cortinas blackout ya que las cortinas actuales dejan pasar mucha luz en la mañana. (2) El Wifi era muy lento y limitado, y los primeros días no pudimos conectarnos.

- Posizione eccezionale, vista mare. - Appartamento spazioso e comodo per una famiglia. - Abbiamo trovato tutti gli utensili di cui avevamo bisogno (phon, ferro da stiro, elettrodomestici, ecc.) - Gestione di Rentallorca (Joan) efficiente e veloce. Ci ritornerei!! :) - Sarebbe opportuno cambiare gli asciugamani e lenzuola che sono molto vecchie. - Ogni tanto usciva un po' di odore dal bagno. - Bisognerebbe fare una pulizia profonda delle docce perché c'era molto calcare attaccato.

Great location, little fixes necessary

The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the beach and walking distance from restaurants and shops. The apartment had all equipment functional and there were even more useful things available than described such as a step stool for kids, clothes drying rack etc. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment looks older than advertised and could use a renovation. The closing mechanism on one window was broken, the sofa should be replaced and the ceiling was not in a good condition on some spots. Also, it would be useful to add a vacuum cleaner to the equipment to help with sand from the beach.

Perfekte Lage- mit Meerblick und wunderschöner Dachterrasse. Super bequeme Matrazen und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Super war, dass es Handtücher für uns alle und eine Waschmaschine gab. Die Kinder haben es geliebt :)
