Look elsewhere.

Stop at this review and look elsewhere. Very confusing check in, thats if you can find the reception area. The bungalows are very outdated and worn out. A lot of mildew inside. Terrible sewage smell.

Nao tem organizacao , desde a marcação da estadia ate os serviços, falta limpeza não no bungalow mas sim nas áreas do parque inclusive. Ninguém respeita os horários de silêncio nem os horários de passarem os carros. Ficamos uma noite sem energia (luz) onde fui falar com os responsáveis e dizeram que iriam colocar a questão num grupo de watsap e que alguém resolvia, ninguém resolveu so no dia seguinte de manhã é que tivemos a SORTE de encontrar o dono e resolveu logo. Ficamos muitos descontentes.

El peor sitio en el que he estado

Después de esperar 4 horas por la habitación, nos presentan un bungalow que ya había rechazado otra familia por el mal estado en que se encontraba. En la recepción tratan de justificarse diciendo que hoteles.com nunca les envió la reserva. Además, todas las instalaciones en muy mal estado, descuidadas, deterioradas o sin funcionar. Empleados de aquí para allá, fingiendo estar tratando de resolver la situación pero no resuelven nada. Al final tuve que marcharme con toda mi familia y buscarnos la vida porque fue imposible aceptar quedarse en semejante pocilga. Nunca había estado en un lugar tan deplorable. Una verdadera vergüenza que lo incluyan entre las opciones de Hotels.com. Que decepción!

A precisar de melhor

A anualmente estritamente está bem bonito mas meu apartamento não estava nas melhoras condições de manutenção. O estiror de madeira estava todo estragado mesas cadeiras estragadas. Uma janela estava estragada não fecha. Pedi um 5 vezes para arranjar mas sempre sem sosseso e ainda era um frete ter que ir ver a situação. O interior o chão estava MT danificado. Não tinha lençóis. Cá fora a piscina e boa o ambiente e família. Obrigada

Una experiencia poco agradable

El sitio no esta mal del todo, para verano. El alojamiento tenia telas de araña, colchones y almohadas son muy incomodos, no hay iluminación desde el parking, es una aventura buscar la casa. Ah!!! Y lo que en la vida nunca me paso es que la ropa de cama no esta incluida y se paga a parte. Es increíble Por lo demas las instalaciones de dia estan bien

Foi uma boa estadia no geral. A piscina é 5 estrelas, o espaço e o conceito é muito interessante. Ao nível de limpeza geral (bungalow e espaço exterior) está bom. Deveriam apostar no conforto, nomeadamente nas camas, aqueles colchões de molas ao final de 5 noites deram-nos cabo das costas. De resto, foi uma boa experiência. A repetir.

Notre bungalow (pour 2 personnes) était équipé du nécessaire. La chambre était grande avec une bonne literie. La salle de bains était en bon état, aucun problème. Le bungalow était dans une partie calme du camping ( pas à côté de la piscine). Appréciable. Malgré un grand parking, manque de place parfois ( les gens prennent 2 places de stationnement pour se garer...). Un marquage au sol serait utile.

Pior alojamento de Portugal

O pior alojamento onde estive dos muitos por onde passei, fotografias bastante desatualizadas o que é de lamentar, fiz 300km para ter uns dias descansados em família, quando chego e me deparo com bungalows que de certo nunca tiveram manutenção, camas sem roupa e um cheiro impossível de se aguentar, não tem as mínimas condições para alojar adultos quanto mais uma criança de 2 anos. Muito triste existir alojamentos neste estado.

Très déçue ! Nous avions réservé un appartement dans le camping et nous nous sommes retrouvé à 1 km de celui-ci. On était obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller à la piscine... La propreté est à revoir (des araignées partout au plafond), l'extérieur du logement est à la limite de l’insalubrité. Heureusement que l’hôte est sympathique...

1ere chose pas de draps ni serviettes .fait réclamation ,et en rentrant le soir toujours pas de draps.retour a l'accueil et galère pour en obtenir.... Télé non fonctionnelle .
