"Found Hotel Paloma very last minute when we needed a stopover before heading on to Valencia, and it worked perfectly. The biggest plus for us was the secure parking—there’s a private, gated courtyard, which was ideal for our van. It’s also opposite a police station in a quiet little town, so it felt very safe. We had a twin room overlooking the parking area, which meant it was nice and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. We arrived late and popped next door for a drink and some tapas, which was convenient. Breakfast was included at the hotel, but there was also a very nice bakery in the square about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Overall, a solid choice for a quick overnight stay. Comfortable, practical, and stress-free. Would happily stay again if passing through."

"Clean and comfortable for a quick trip heading to south of Spain from Madrid after a long flight from the states, Lillo is a small town without much of anything to do, some restaurants open after 19:00 but I would drive there instead of walking 10 to 15 mins, it’s very safe. The convent is beautiful, probably the nicest building in town, the only complaint I would give is that you can hear everything from all the rooms, and I mean we heard all of the conversations and I am not sure folks where even next door, besides that, would I stay there again, yes we would. "I think there were maybe 6 rooms total. It was a very cool set of rooms in a castle. Wouldn’t be appropriate for people with physical disabilities or the very old because bedroom was upstairs and bathroom downstairs. We loved the unique style."
