The room was good and bed was very comfortable. The parking was good. The breakfast selection and quality was below average. The elevator is very slow. The location is advertised as Grand Canyon Village but is not. The location is in Tusayan. I drove all the way into the park and the actual Grand Canyon Village looking for your motel and was finally told at the visitor center your actual location.

The property was nice and the staff were friendly. The only reason I didn’t provide a higher score was because there was no tv service due to a water leak that occurred during remodeling.
