Casa Beleda B is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Beleda B you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Casa Beleda B is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Castellammare del Golfo, where you will find public transportation and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 450 meters (500 yards), a grocery store at 850 meters (930 yards) and the closest beach (Alcamo Marina beach) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards). You will reach Casa Beleda B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Beleda B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. The one-story villa is divided in two apartments, Casa Beleda A and Casa Beleda B. They are both located on the ground floor.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with two sun loungers. This area is also equipped with armchairs. From the swimming pool you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by two gazebos. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the swimming pool and, partially, of the sea. You will share the patio with guests staying at another nearby apartment.
Parking
The parking area is shared with guests staying at another nearby apartment.
 Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a washing machine (hidden by a curtain), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a row of high windows. Here you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
