気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The flat was very well situated and quite well furnished BUT;- trying to contact the host by email or through the app before checkin was fruitless. The host later explained that he only responded to WhatsApp’s - the host was uncontactable when we arrived- the terrace is not private but shared with the next door property (or, in our case, the workmen on the site)-the property is listed as pet friendly and we had emailed at the time of booking to say that we would be bringing our dogs with us. He initially tried to charge a supplement and only relented when we showed him the email: apparently he doesn’t read emails because of the amount of spam - he is still complaining about dog hair and- the advertised games room does not exist. There are a few board games below the tv.
