This was a great choice for us. Affordable, clean, comfortable and safe area. Neighbors out walking their dogs daily. Close to Nob Hill where there’s lots of restaurants and breweries. We would stay here again. They need to update their picture of the outside of home, much nicer with the upgrades they’ve made. Reason for 4 stars, is some of mini blinds need replaced. Open areas that someone could look through in the living room window.

The home is beautiful in a safe location. Owner is very easily accessible and helpful.

The home is just as described, we arrived and the temperature in the home was 90 degrees and we travel with our English Bulldog who is extremely heat intolerant so we felt we could not cool the home in a timely manor to prevent him from overheating, the owner was very apologetic and extremely understanding of our situation. We will definitely stay at this property again under different circumstances on our part, as the home was perfectly located for the things we wanted to do in Albuquerque and it was in a very safe location.

Great value!

This is a sweet little house that delivered most of what we were looking for. It's clean and has all the basics. We had thought there was a king-sized bed, but it's a queen. So the description is a little off. But other than that, we recommend it as a safe, clean place from which to explore the Nob Hill and SouthEast neighborhoods.

Charming

Charming and clean beds were comfy the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The host was courteous , polite and very helpful he was also very quick to respond to messages. I will definitely stay at this property next time I’m in Albuquerque.

Pleasant Stay

The home was clean and had a well appointed kitchen with coffee and filters furnished. I would stay there again when I get back to Albuquerque as it was a good value.

Great Location and Homey

This was a great find, everything was clean perfectly, the home felt nice and homey, even our dog noticed a difference from the one that we stayed in the previous night where he whined a bit, but this house he just knocked out! Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome Place!

We were so glad we rented this space for our family. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. The place was exactly as described on the listing. Rajat was very helpful and answered my messages immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

Albuquerque was so fun.

We were very pleased with the house. The ac units in each room kept it nice and cool, the kitchen was well stocked and accommodating, the owner even provided a pack and play for our stay. The small fenced in yard space was very nice for our son to safely play! Highly recommend

Great place for passing through Albuquerque

The responsiveness from the owner was great & the back patio area for our dog was so helpful. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access from I40. It was easy to find for a pizza delivery 😋 The accommodations were very comfortable. Would definitely seek this property again when in Albuquerque.
