Villa Morais is a spectacular 6-bedroom villa, boasting a prime location in the much-adored Galé beach area, with wonderful restaurants and beach bars. With a private heatable swimming pool (pool heating is an optional extra) and a short walk from the beach, this spacious property is the ideal holiday home for families looking to stay within easy reach of all amenities.

Villa Morais has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all 6 bedrooms. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (which share a semi-circular terrace overlooking the private pool), 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite to a double bedroom); on the entrance level there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed set (sleeps 4) and 1 bathroom, and the lower level has 2 bedrooms: one with 2 bunk bed sets (sleeps 4) and one with 1 bunk bed set and an additional twin bed (sleeps 2+1), and 2 shower rooms (one is en-suite).

The main kitchen on the entrance level is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary for home cooking, as well as a breakfast table and patio doors opening onto the BBQ area, essential for summer grilling. There is also a secondary kitchen on the lower level, fully equipped and including a dining area. Still on the lower level, a cosy games room with a snooker table provides a space for endless entertainment on long summer nights.

The airy living / dining room on the entrance level includes a large dining table and comfortable seating, inviting you to share a meal with family and friends or lounge and relax while watching an evening movie.

Patio doors open from the living space onto the wonderful pool terrace, with a large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and ping-pong table, surrounded by ample space to relax, with a small lawned garden on the far side of the pool. The gardens are fully enclosed, bordered by hedges and the brick BBQ and shaded outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy alfresco meals in respite from the sun.

Villa Morais is in the Galé area, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The nearest beach (Praia de Manuel Lourenço) is only 450m away.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Great accommodation in a great location

What a villa! This is almost perfect and we have already booked for next year!The villa exceeded our expectations. The accommodation it is extremely spacious and the added bonus of the lower level being self contained was great. The location is quiet and a short walk to Gale beach - with a decent pool that was the centre of our stay. What a place to relax and have fun !

Perfect Home Away From Home

For a family of 16, this house was perfect. Lots of rooms if you needed some alone time. We didn't feel crowded at all. The location was excellent for getting to the beach or grocery store or restaurants. The pool and ping pong table got lots of use!

The villa's accommodation surpassed our expectations. Spacious and well-appointed, it provided a comfortable haven for our family. Perfect getaway

We stayed as a group of 15 friends June 2023. The Villa was perfect for everything we needed. The neighbourhood was quiet with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The beach was a 4 minute walk away with some great restaurants. The villa itself was very spacious and we all had a wonderful break. Communication with Olivia has been exceptional throughout the booking process.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Morais. The description is accurate on the villa. Clean, well maintained, spacious and close to some restaurants and the beach. The supermarket Apolonia is within walking distance. Staff were always helpful and on hand. I recommend doing the boat tours operated by Algarve Vacation because is an amazing experience. Thank you.

Villa location is amazing. Walking distance to beach, supermarket and restaurants. 16 in our group never felt cramped. Villa is advertised. Property group were brilliant to communicate with. We used their transfer service which was brilliant. All their staff from the Admin, pool men, cleaners, bus drivers were really friendly. The area is really quite and we had a wonderful holiday. Lots of room

We were a family group of 15 - there was plenty of room for us all - having a 2nd kitchen was a nice extra as we cooked every night and ate on the long outside table. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds for us all. It was great to have somebody to contact easily if there had been a problem. We had lots of fun with the pool table. The are is quiet but we found a couple of local bars to hang out after dinner for cocktails and drinks. Lovely beach - sea cold but you've got to expect that in Portugal. We got taxis into Albuferia. We paid for the company to pick us up at the airport and drop us off there again - it was well worth it

Large villa with rooms to spare !

Overall this was the perfect villa for us as 5 friends in their 60s. It was huge and we found we could have a bedroom and a bathroom each. The pool was lovely and the location so close to an excellent supermarket was brilliant. We did have a bit of a problem on the first day when the electric went off and after an electrician was sent out promptly to reset the fuse box - it happened again and we discovered it was a faulty kettle tripping the electrics. You need to keep the work surfaces clean as otherwise the ants take over ! One issue we felt could be improved was a lack of information in the villa about the house and the locality( maps , guides etc) We found the short cut to the beach on the last day !! If there had been a guest feedback book it would have given restaurant recommendations which are invaluable to new guests. Overall we enjoyed our holiday very much.

AMAZING RETREAT

This villa was the perfect location for our family celebration.!! After some hesitation to travel during this covid-crazy- time, we were very glad we did. This Villa provided the perfect retreat for all of us. The house could not be in a better location. At the end of a quite cul de sac, peaceful at night, but yet a 4 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to an Apolonia supermarket which has everything you could possibly need, and short walks to many amazing restaurants and cafes. A quick 15 min taxi to Albuferia and a 30 minute taxi to Portimao if you want to visit the caves or fish, which we did. The house is just as advertised, large enough for everyone to have their own space and yet great " hang-out" areas. Online communications before we arrived were very professional and helpful. We availed of the transportation through the onsite team and we would highly recommend this for both ease of travel and cost. We had NO issues with this home. It is clean and very safe and nestled away from the hustle.

Perfect Holiday destination with friends

Fantastic house with all you need! We were a group of 16 with children. The house is 5 mins walk to a supermarket and 5 mins walk to the beach. Perfect location. Also 15mins drive from Albeifura old town and 20mins from Zoomarine. Both great to do. And the Uber are fantastic and super quick out there! Would recommend heating the pool if you go out of season. Would totally rent again. Thank you

Entspannte Tage an der Algarve

Im gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit Garten und großem Pool haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Fußläufig konnten wir den Strand erreichen, dessen zerklüftete Küste sowie kleine Buchten uns gut gefielen. Auch die Versorgung war durch einige Supermärkte und Lokale in der Nähe bestens gesichert.

Fantastic Villa, excellent location and facilities.

Due to covid we were unsure if this holiday would go ahead but we decided to go! The villa is amazing with everything you need. very spacious, and the pool area very clean. The kids loved. It was perfectly located with just a short walk to the beach and apolonia supermarket. We had an excellent break and would definitely return to Albufera.

Perfect stay with a big family

We had an amazing stay in Villa Morais with 16 persons in total, 6 kids and 10 adults. The premises was ideal with the swimming pool and huge space. We mainly used the main floor, but having the kitchen in the basement was super for storing all the food as well as the fridge in the main floor. The pool table downstairs was a big success for the kids and the adults. Thank you very much for making our holiday perfect!

A fantastic villa 20 persons

The location is perfect, near the beach 1 km. supermarket 300 mtr. the villa is ENOUHG PLACE FOR EVERYONE . 12 adults 8 children. The heated swimmingpool (you have to pay for it) was great. the room , bathrooms , diningroom kitche erverything was completed. We had e great holiday.
