Villa Rosado

Located in one of the quietest areas of Albufeira, the VILA ROSADO will be an excellent option for families looking for comfort and tranquillity. Air conditioning in all rooms. 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, one en suite, large garden with space for outdoor dining. Roof terrace and parking are some of the facilities this property offers, in addition to being just a few minutes from a supermarket. Because of its great location, this property is always in high demand.



The space

Typical Algarvian private villa with roof terrace (facing south). Comprising 3 bedrooms (1 of them is a suite). The property is around 180 m2. Air conditioning in all rooms (except, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor). Fully equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 with twin beds and 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom). Another private bathroom is also available. American kitchen with access to the house's garden. Large living/dining room. Covered outdoor parking for 2 vehicles. HDMI Smart TV, Fiber Internet. Terrace with outdoor furniture. Supermarket and hospital 2 minutes away.

The neighbourhood

Located just 5 minutes from the centre of Albufeira and with excellent access to and from the city. The property is in one of the quietest areas of the city of Albufeira.



We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros



• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros

• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros



Rental services:

• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay

• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay



Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:

• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).

• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.

• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).

• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.



A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
