A group of 8 friends stayed at Villa Duma, and everyone really enjoyed the accommodation, which was just as described. We paid to heat the hot tub, which was beneficial, but didn't bother with the swimming pool, although a couple of our party did decide to take the plunge, which was brave of them given it was early March !All in all, a very happy stay, and we wouldn't hesitate in returning in the future.

The property was perfect for an off season winter stay with family. We heated the jacuzzi/small pool outside and it was used almost daily. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and gave the family a very relaxing stay. The kitchen and living room were easy to use and clean. Managers (Miguel and team) were kind, thorough, gracious and available. Fees were very clear - not hidden - something we appreciated. We would gladly return if the opportunity arises. Greatly recommended. Thank you.

Immaculate spacious holiday home in a peaceful private location, 10 minute walk from beach, restaurants and shops. Perfect winter escape for a family group 18 adults. Heated pool and Jacuzzi got plenty of use. Check-in process with Miguel was seamless & informative and the presentation of the property was first-class. No issues during stay. Would highly recommend.

We hebben een week doorgebracht in Villa Duma; mijn vrouw, onze 3 volwassen kinderen en ik. Het huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt tamelijk rustig maar toch vind je op loopafstand enkele restaurants en winkels. Een supermarkt is ook niet ver weg. Het strand is een kwartier lopen. We kunnen Villa Duma iedereen aanraden!

We stayed at villa Duma for a week as a mixed family group . The villa is immaculate, and had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday . Swimming pool was lovely as was the hot tub. Villa Duma is well positioned for local supermarket, beaches, restaurants and bars which are easily walkable to . Commincation with the management company was excellent, Sara responded to any queries very promptly. We would recommend this property

We spent a week in this fabulous villa with family and friends. Airport transfers were arranged through the villa management very easily. Miguel showed us around when we arrived and was contactable all week to arrange transport to Albufeira and for any queries we may have. The villa is perfectly situated in a quiet area but there are restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk and a supermarket about 10/15 mins walk. The walk to the beach was around 20 mins. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.the photos dont do it justice. Electric shutters on all windows guaranteed a good nights sleep. Lovely pool area with a jacuzzi big enough for everyone. We enjoyed every minute and if we travel together as a group again will definitely book again.Big thanks to Miguel for all his help during our stay.

We had a great week here and the villa was perfect for our family from 2 to 64 years old. The pool and Jacuzzi were great, and the outlook from the comfortable sun loungers was excellent too and it was nice to not be overlokked.The location was favourable with a well stocked intermarch supermarket around 10 minutes walk away aswell as bars and restaurants.

We had a lovely 2weeks in Villa Duma celebrating our 50th anniversary, we were there with our family from 7 to 70 the staff were lovely couldn’t be more helpful from booking to leaving . Such a beautiful Villa in a lovely resort have to mention Glorys restaurant and thai/Japanese our favourites. Hopefully be back someday .

We had a great stay at Villa Duma. Property was so close to lots of bars and restaurants and I short taxi into the sense of out of Albufeira & Vilamoura. The staff were brilliant and always at hand if you needed something or had a question. Definitely will be returning in the future. Thank you for a great stay

We rented this house last minute as Portugal was temporarily on the green list and we’re glad we did. From the immaculate interior, great pool area, and excellent hosts, to a fabulous location with easy walking distance to shops bars and restaurants, Villa Duma has it all. Thank you, we will be back

the property was clean and close to the beach but given the price it was below average - from there being next to no soap / shampoo / towels on arrival to having to pay separately for jacuzzi and pool heating, to the rather unattractive metal fence surrounding the property - cost cutting seemed the order of the day. orlando who looked after the property was excellent , but otherwise it was disappointing given the cost

De villa is een paleis! Alles is in orde en compleet. De villa is bijzonder luxe en ruim en het verwarmde zwembad en jacuzzi waren heerlijk! De contacten met Helen en Nuno waren goed en zeer vriendelijk. Zonder voorbehoud aan te bevelen! Dit was niet onze laatste keer.

We stayed at Villa Duma between 15th and 22nd June and it was Fabulous!! From the moment we made the reservation, Helen was always on hand to respond to any queries we had. We were in 2 minds on whether we needed a rental car and we definitely did not. We were collected at the airport by Sebastian and then also had Tom available to take us wherever we needed to go. Anytime we called Pedro, he arranged for someone to transport us to Albufeira, Water Parks, Supermarket, Villamoura etc. The supermarket and small restaurants and beach are a short walk away. We needed transport for our first grocery shop, after that we just walked to get what we needed. Pedro was great, always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have to say that we just could not fault anything. The villa is immaculate with all the facilities that you need for a family holiday. Thank You all for a lovely time at Villa Duma - we will definitely be back :-)

Great villa, but there are much better parts of the Algarve

We booked Villa Duma for our first family holiday abroad. Ages ranging from 3yrs - 55yrs.. It did not dissapoint. From booking the villa to arriving it was all very smooth and easy. Helen was great at seeing to all our needs and replying to any queries we had. The villa was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed. Perfectly located to restaurants and supermarkets and within walking distance to the beach. Pool was lovely and would recommend getting it heated. Lovely holiday had by all.
