Very nice property. Very quiet and clean grounds. Condo was clean and well appointed with all amenities. Walking distance to the marina restaurants but not much else. Will need a car or prepare to uber or taxi.

Amazing apartment in a great location!

Immaculate and very well equipped apartment that catered us as a family of 6. The location is great, 5 mins walk to Marina, 20 mins walk to old town/beach. The surrounds of this complex is very secure and well looked after. The owner greeted us on arrival, showed us around and gave us all the information we required to enjoy our holiday. We would definitely return to this apartment/complex.

Schöne und sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Der Empfang durch unsere Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Im Anschluss bekamen wir auch gleich Ausflugstipps per WhatsApp, was ebenfalls hilfreich war. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und wurde täglich gepflegt. Einzig die Liegen am Pool waren durchgelegen und unbequem. Aber im ganzen ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit hohem Erholungfaktor und jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

A quiet complex in the winter months, central to the Algarve region. Within walking distance to the Albufeira Marina and also to the old town, the beach and shops.

Great, high quality apartment in great location

High quality apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Located within 5 minute walk of marina restaurants and bars and just a €5 Uber to old town and beach. Can’t fault this apartment or the support given by the host Paula

Albufiera Easter break

We stayed in this property over the Easter break and had a very pleasant time, thanks to our very friendly host Paula who made us welcome and helped with any questions or anything we needed, transfers etc. Our flight was delayed by late departure and a medical emergency diversion so we arrived at midnight but Paula came out to meet us and help us get acquainted with the apartment. Its a quiet location and safe for kids. There's a small local shop for essentials, a cafe/bakery, couple of travel agents for booking trips in a parade of shops 2mins walk away. The marina is just 5mins down the road, nice to get a drink or ice cream but the food options here are over priced for what it is IMO. It took us over 35mins to get to Albufeira old town and Fishermen's beach, walking casually enjoying the coastal views. In theory it'd be the same time to get to other scenic beaches but we didn't try with young kids, if we stayed longer we'd probably go for it. Zoomarine was under 15mins by taxi, about 14euros. The only negative thing I have to say is that these are apartments and you can hear banging or chairs pulled across floors from the unit above. Fortunately it happened mostly around our usual waking time so didn't affect our sleep. This time of year the swimming pool was not busy because of the cold water but its still useable if you're ok with that. This was our first trip to Algarve but we'd definitely be back and would be happy to stay in this rental again.

Home away from home

Lovely Apartment

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need. Furnished to a very high standard and the beds were really comfortable. While we were there the weather was very hot and when you wanted to sunbathe around the pool area there were no parasols so there was no shade from the hot sun.

Christine s est montrée très agréable, conciliante et efficace pour solutionner pb rencontre lors de notre séjour. Appartement propre, moderne bien équipé et La literie Top. Stunning apartment

Lovely property, felt brand new. I've rented apartments through this site for 5 years + and this is best one so far. Very clean, modern, good facilities (aircon worked, wifi worked, window shutters worked). Very comfortable beds. Photos online do not do it justice. Local stores close at 8pm so if you arrive late then you cant buy essenials. Perhaps a welcome pack could be offered? All in all a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment.

Great place, but strange pool rules

Lovely apartment, all the facilities you need with small kids. Nice pool, but did only see cleaners there once. Another thing regarding the pool, they did not allow floating devices there, for unkown reason, and that's to bad for a kid friendly place. The guards where very strict about it. But the apartment again was lovely. Lots of thanks to Christine for her servive while we where there.

Great Home Base

This two bedroom apartment was ideal for our month long stay in the Algarve. It was well equipped, comfortable and well situated. We were a ten minute walk from the actual Marina in Albufeira and a twenty minute walk from the Old Town. These distances were ideal in that , even though we had a rented car, we did a lot of walking. Personally, I walked into town at least twice a day. Even if you were not to rent a car, you could easily get by with the nearby super markets and the restaurants. i whole heartedly endorse this rental.
