Tres bon accueil. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. La litterie était bonne. Grand choix au petit déjeuner (buffet). Nous y reviendrons volontier.

Staff friendly. Nice and convenient to the beach and to Albufeira old town. Unfortunately when we were checking in we were told that the main pool was closed for renovation. Although this didn't spoil our holiday completely, as we were close to the beach anyway, I felt it would have been nice to been told this before arriving. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it has a pool so as you can imagine our disappointment to hear it was closed. We spent some time around the closed pool to sunbathe but this was not relaxing as there were workers drilling and making lots of noise so we were unable to relax. It would have been nice to know that the pool was closed before arriving, and there was no mention of any reimbursements. Some money off our stay or some drinks at the bar would have been nice.

Got the ocean view room and it was amazing sleeping to the ocean waves. The room was clean, parking was plentiful and beds were comfortable. Wifi isnt as strong but the TV had a good selection. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Rude reception staff on arrival. The property images and description is misleading on this and other booking sites. There are 2 hotels with the same name. They sell you ‘Luxury’ and then dump you in the other site that is dated and in need of a refurbishment! I was told on arrival that I’d have to pay €40 more per night to stay in the beachfront hotel. The reception staff admitted that they use the beach front hotel as their only address for both sites, and where my Uber dropped me off - I was then made to drag my new suitcase ‘up the hill’ and along the long driveway! I felt mislead at that point in time. I chose a city view room and my view was of a car park of another property and a bit of a dumping ground. The balcony was full of bird excrement and not cleaned in the 4 nights of my stay! The cheap Ikea furniture was badly damaged and falling apart, the bathroom shower was a drizzle and the tiles were damaged and polyfiled rather than replaced. The only requirement that the hotel had was air con, the rest was very disappointing. I chose the hotel on this site as it was the closest to the restaurants. As a solo traveller I wanted to make my trip as safe as possible, instead I was left to walk up a hill and a long driveway making me feel a little unsafe so I had to use Ubers which made my trip more expensive. All in all, a very disappointing stay and be aware that unless you chose a sea view room, you will be mislead and dumped in the basic hotel further up the road.

Beachfront property and beautiful seaview. Couldn't fault the hotel itself, however the staff and the service was poor. We also booked through Expedia and no information was given relating to which building we should go to to check in. Check in process was long and frustrating, when we eventually got the key we were given our room number, no indication of what floor etc and I asked if we can use the pool with the key card (we had noticed when at the wrong building the pool was key entry only) to which they said,i dont know, if it doesn't work come and let us know. Breakfast had a small selection of everything. The rooms were modern and clean. Hotel was great, fantastic location next to a lovely bar and restaurant. Don't be put off by the initial welcome.

It is a very good location, near old town Albufeira. Good value. The room was clean, though outdated. One minor complain, is that we wanted to take a short afternoon nap, but the cleaning ladies were at full swing at 3-5 pm, and very noisy with full conversations and cart noises, vacuum, etc.

5 jaar geleden al in dit hotel geweest en was hier zeer tevreden over. Mooie accomodatie en goede parkeergelegenheid en dicht bij het oude centrum. De kamers waren keurig en het ontbijt was goed. Helaas is de gastvrijheid van het personeel niet meer zoals het was. Men doet wat nodig is, maar een vriendelijk woord of extra gastvrijheid was ver te zoeken. Bij het uitchecken kregen we alleen het woord 'ok' i.p.v. goede reis of hoop dat uw verblijf naar wens was. Helemaal niets. Jammer, maar heeft verder geen invloed gehad op onze vakantie.

Good for the price. Spacious room. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, it was good but some variation is appreciated. Albufeira and the beaches are beautiful!!! I don’t like that if your room is in the old building you can not go to the beach through the lobby of the new building, they told us to walk around the building and access the beach from outside despite we were guests of the same hotel!!!

The Inatel Hotel was much better than I expected. The room was nice. Breakfast was fine. But the location to the old downtown was incredible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Hotel is situated on the beach which means you can hear the lovely sound of the waves. Breakfast is good, staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is free, no problem in finding a place. Room is good, although it needs some care in repairing small things (curtain, sink).
