Villa Waikiki is an excellent option for families or friends seeking peaceful holidays in Albufeira, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 2 km from the beaches. The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.



On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom and a balcony. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, as well as a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. The living/dining room is spacious and has direct access to the outdoor area with a pool.



The villa has an outdoor deck with a private pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers, relaxation chairs, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue for outdoor meals.



Located in the quiet neighbourhood of Caliços, the villa is a 10-minute walk from supermarkets and local markets. The historic centre and Albufeira Strip are a 7-minute drive away.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Lovely villa

Great place with all the requirements for a nice family holiday. Location slightly away from centre, 20 minute walk, however, this means it was nice and quiet. Only slight grumbles would be the air conditioning, which is on a motion sensor so you have to jump out of bed every five minutes at night otherwise the room gets unbearably warm and as mention in other reviews, the camera definitely seemed to be overlooking the pool area at times, it is certainly not only focused on the entrance gate.

It's fine. Nice place and location. Twice we had to call owner because property short circuited. Air conditioning failed multiple times. Sort that, it would be Great. Also. We paid for heated pool. It didn't work..

The perfect getaway!

The peaceful location allowed us to relax, yet it was just a short walk to the center of Albufeira for dining and shopping. The villa is spacious, with comfortable rooms and a lovely pool area for enjoying the sun. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the outdoor dining space was ideal for al fresco meals. A fantastic choice for a family or group vacation!
