Villa Waikiki is a welcoming and functional holiday home, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking tranquillity and comfort in a quiet area of Albufeira, with easy access to the city's main attractions.



The living and dining room is spacious and bright, with direct access to the outdoor area, creating a pleasant environment for socialising and relaxation throughout the day.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed in an en-suite with shower, offering greater privacy and comfort, as well as a service bathroom supporting the common areas.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, served by a bathroom with a shower, providing a comfortable and well-distributed space for guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, practical and functional, designed to facilitate meal preparation during your stay.



On the exterior, the villa has a pleasant deck with a heated private pool (additional cost), outdoor dining area, rest areas and barbecue, ideal for enjoying relaxed moments in good company.



Waikiki Villa is located in the quiet Caliços area, in Albufeira, close to supermarkets, the city centre, bars, restaurants and the region's beaches.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
