「We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there.」

「Well located with beach, restaurants and shops a quick walk away. Buses practically at your doorstep to get around to other areas. Property was well equipped. Laundry was a bonus but they do not provide detergent as I would have expected. Underground parking is tight getting in and out byt secure. Only downside is some street noise at night from bus loop area and furnishings are a bit out of date. The entrance to building is on sensors for lights and they were a bit slow so often fumbling in...

「Great place to stay in Albufeira. Just as advertised. Lots of room, great patio to relax on in mornings and evenings. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure for showers. It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend.」

「Good location located close to the beaches but far enough from the clubs. But can still be loud on the streets from time to time late at night. Very roomy apartment and hosts are excellent. Close to everything you could want or need in walking distance.」

Gelernt: es geht auch ohne! Internet leider sehr instabil für Laptop. Handys o.k. Heizung im Winter mit Klimaanlage wie immer in Portugal leicht problematisch: dauert lange bis die ausgekühlte, klamme Wohnung wohnlich warm wird. Gebläse leicht lästig. Haben uns insgesamt 5 Wochen lang wohl gefühlt.」

In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park.The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter. 「Wir hatten das Apartment für 37 Tage im Zeitraum Oktober/November 2023 gemietet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos via WhatsApp-Nachricht. Der Vermieter kam binnen 20 Minuten und hat uns kurz alles Wissenswerte erklärt: Schlüssel, Gas, Strom, Ausstattung, Einkaufsmarkt, Parkplatz und vieles mehr. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem großen Wohnkomplex mit geschätzt 8 großen Blocks, wobei dieses Haus das kleinste mit 12 Wohnungen war. Die Lage ist im 3. Obergeschoss. Auf dem Dachgeschoss...
