⚙️ You must be 21+ to book this property and booking guest must stay at the home.

⚙️ This home is located in a private, gated community. $10 wristbands can be purchased to enjoy amenities between Memorial Day - Labor Day (5 and under are free). This gives you access to everything the Indian Mountain Lake community offers. (Seasonal)

⚙️ No Smoking indoors. (includes and not limited to tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes) Renter agrees to pay a $325 fine if any signs of smoking indoors are documented.

⚙️ No fireworks allowed.

⚙️ Outdoor fires are allowed in a fire pit - however, make sure you check at the gate if there's any burn bans in effect. Fines of up to $1,000 can occur if a guest is in violation and the community fines the property. Firewood provided for guest use.

⚙️ Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Be mindful of housing around you & be a good neighbor.
