Chris at reception went above and beyond. Gave us useful recommendations for dinner and parking and things to see The conservatory area was a nice place to relax. The room was clean. The breakfast was the only downside, over priced for what it was.

We had a great stay here. The staff is incredibly friendly and offered suggestions onwhere to eat and what to see while in Albi. The hotel is walking distance from the cathedral and the food market is a block away. A nice home made breakfast was available for an additional fee. I highly recommend staying here.

Friendly central place with excellent breakfast.

Very good, and good value. Central location but with free parking very nearby. Friendly, and the breakfast was exceptional for this class of hotel. Very good value.

The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi.

Charming Boutique Hotel

This is the best place to stay in Albi. We were in 2 different rooms, as we extended our stay. Each was lovely and spotlessly clean. Both had refrigerators plus extremely comfortable king-sized beds. One had a lovely terrace. The other was huge with an extra bed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh-squeezed orange juice. There is a cozy ambiance in the public spaces that invites guests to linger. The hotel is family-run with hosts who deliver personal attention that goes beyond making dinner reservations and calling taxis. ( if you do need a taxi, Cab-me offers personal attention also) At the hotel Stephane assisted with locating medical attention, a pharmacy and take -out meals. He made phone calls for us when French was needed. He switched us to a more convenient room. He even moved our car for us. Staff offered breakfast trays, extra towels and whatever we needed to assist with our sudden lack of mobility. We felt supported during a very stressful time. Thank you, Stephane and staff. We returned to the US and are recovering well but plan to return to France in the future to continue our interrupted trip - beginning at Hotel Les Pastileurs!

I arrived slightly earlier than planned, and decided to see if I could check in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and gave me plenty of useful information about the local area while they checked whether my room was ready. Excellent first impression, very clean, tidy, modern, great ambience. Lovely room, and parking close by too. Highly recommended.

Pretty, well-kept hotel in a historic building. The staff is very nice and friendly. Albi city center with sightseeing and restaurants is within an easy walking distance. Street parking was easily available.

Amazing value and incredibly service

We had just a one night stay in this vibrant & historic city - The hotel owners are friendly , professional and take great pride in their hotel. I Our recently renovated room & bathroom were small but great value for the price including a delicious & generous breakfast buffet for just 10 euros.

Comfortable, clean hotel with very reasonable breakfast option. We had a terrace room. Only drawback is there are no hand towels. Less than 10 minute walking distance to major sites such as Saint Cecile Church and the Toulouse Lautrec museum housed in the Berbie Castle built in the 12th century.

Old World Charm

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this older, but quite charming hotel. We had not noticed that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and didn't know how we could get our luggage up three flights of stairs, but the wonderfully friendly and helpful desk clerk came to our rescue. His extra service was deeply appreciated.

Cozy hotel, with some unfortunate mistakes

Despite saying otherwise on their page, there is no parking, and parking on the street is very difficult during business hours. Hotel is cozy, but there was also no curtain on the window, which is just weird. Despite these things, still a good place, as we eventually were able to park in the lot without a time limit, and made a makeshift curtain using the blanket.
