「I thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Wanaka. The apartment seemed very tidy and new, very comfortable beds and arriving on a cold winter's night we were impressed to find the apartment warm and cosy. With heat pumps up stairs and down it would be perfect temperature any time of year. The apartment is well insulated and soundproofed we experienced no noise from neighboring units. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to cook 'at home' for 2 of our nights...

「First check-in process wasn’t the best. Called Bell Cross Roberton rep for assistance and she was more condescending than helpful. Heard children in the background which and reps focus was more on them than customer service. Second, never been to a home that was heated with space heaters. 「Nice clean townhouse next to the road and shop centre. Parking is shared with/opposite liqourland and backpackers complex. There was minimum communication from property management. All was automated emails. Overall enjoyed our stay. Two downsides. Rubbish bin under the sink falling off its screws. Had to fix it. Heatpumps redused to work for anything other than heating, so on hot day could not cool the appartment down. Albert town does not have many is any caffes or restaurants so need to travel...

"ワナカ湖までは散歩がてら歩いて行ける距離で、スーパーやレストランにも行きやすく、便利な立地でした。 部屋の前にはきれいな小川が流れていて、落ち着いた雰囲気です。斜め前ではアパートの工事をしていましたが、私たちは特に気になりませんでした。 部屋は広く清潔で、洗濯機と乾燥機が備え付けられていたのが、長期旅行中にはとても助かりました。駐車場も部屋の近くに専用スペースが指定されているので安心です。 夜はフロントスタッフがいませんが、遅い到着にも対応できるよう案内が用意されているようでした。チェックアウトは鍵をポストに入れるだけで、とてもスムーズでした。 立地と設備のバランスがよく、快適に過ごせるモーテルでした。"
