8.2/10 Very Good! (154 reviews)
There is no public place where you can get your water or hot water which is very inconvenient for travelers who need hot water often. Many hotels where I stayed provide such service in the lobby.

8.4/10 Very Good! (55 reviews)
No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too

9/10 Wonderful! (1,006 reviews)
Do not expect more than the basics here. And do not be fooled into a balcony room with view - unless you want to pay extra to stare at a concrete building across the street. There is no view in room 730 at least. At checkout no one asked how our stay was even. That’s a first while travelling through Europe. Also be cautious paying by cash in the main floor restaurant. At both meals I was short changed and had to debate with the server about his math.

"As a wellness hotel it was very good value and in a nice, quiet area. It was right next to the river Thaya. All facilities were well maintained and great to use. 8.8/10 Excellent! (3 reviews)
"The hotel is not marked "Grandhotel Sluchátko" but "Zámecký hotel" what makes problem to find it. We passed by several times, before the idea came to ask the staff where the Grandhotel Sluchátko is located. The hotel is in reasonable condition, but the tasteless colorful spray-painted graffiti in ..."
