The hot tub in the description is deceiving as there isnt a hot tub. Pool was very nice, had a diving board and it was up to 10 feet deep. Was extemely cold though as its March lol. "This place was great for our family get-together in Moultrie. It was close to my family's property and had all of the creature comforts one needs for a comfortable stay for the weekend. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend renting this place if you need a place to stay in Moultrie."

"I booked this lovely suite with plans to meet up with my amazing boyfriend however he was unable to get the time off work and sense it was paid for i went alone. It is located in a quite little part of town which was so peaceful, diverse, warm, welcoming and safe. The price was great and it was worth every penny. The host was great with communication and every step was smooth and easy. It was very clean, cozy and cutely decorated... I'll gladly book this again in the future... EXCEPTIONAL"

"This is a great little apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The host got back to us quickly. The neighborhood is a little questionable, but the neighbors are kind. There is an issue with the shower. It is either scalding hot, or ice cold. There is no in-between. We let the host know so I hope this gets fixed. Overall, I think this is a great place and I would recommend others to stay as long as the shower gets fixed."

"The space was cheerful, clean and comfortable. The unit has such character and a unique design. The bathroom is a little small but is a great use of space. Due to the historic qualities of the house the ceilings are low for tall folks over about 6'2". The host was also just as cheerful and charming!"

"No response from owner for hours on day of arrival.. once in contact owner didn’t know if unit was clean. He informed us things were clean BUT Once inside unit was filthy.. nothing was cleaned, children’s toys and dirt were everywhere. none of the beds were made owner didn’t bring blankets until last day. He had a lady and her 4 kids living there and apparently put them out that day and he said he thought we were arriving on a different day. We’ve had this reservation booked for MONTHS"

"This is a nice studio just minutes from town. It was super quiet. It's set back from the owners home with a nice wooded view. It had everything I needed for my stay. Internet worked great with a decent size tv, full size fridge, electric range and plenty of hot water. I'll be staying here when I'm in town."
