「The staff were very welcoming. Showed us to our room. The room was lovely although they did say we had been upgraded to a side sea view. The only downside was the shower screen didn't cover the shower head resulting in a soaking wet bathroom and the balconies are very overlooked, however I think the balcony situation will be the same with any hotel unless there is only the beach in front of you. Unfortunately, my air conditioning didn’t work and it was hot in my room. I was told that it would be fixed, but that never happened. On the first night, I slept in another room which was cool. On the second night, they gave me another room for sleeping and it was also very hot. The water also stopped working for about 30-60 minutes one morning」
「We had the best stay at Jako hotel! The service was top notch, special thanks to Odisi and Ida (forgive me if the spellings are wrong). Because it was low season, we got free early check-in and late check-out, which we really needed. And they were always very accommodating and friendly. The bus from Saranda to Ksamil passes by the hotel so you can ask the driver to drop off at the hotel, but the bus from Ksamil to Saranda town...
