No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. "We stayed at the property for 9 nights as part of our summer vacation as a family of four including our boys 12 and 16. Communication was great and check-in was easy. There are 2 houses which are included in the rental but we only used the main house as by itself, it was bigger than what we needed. House is very nicely furnished with antique furniture and it was very private. House doesn't have A/C but property manager gave us fans if needed. Due to house being stone, house was generally cool....

"We stayed ‘out of season’. Possibly one of only 3 or 4 rooms occupied at the time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. I can imagine an amazing place to be in busier times and in better weather. The drive to the property was a little difficult with very poor road access. "
