トラブルの対応
エクスペディアからの予約（支払済）がホテルの方にきちんと連絡されていなかったようです。しかしホテルの従業員の方は冷静にしかるべき対応をして下さいました。感謝しています。

Fantastisk utsikt och utmärkt läge
Jag hade nyligen nöjet att bo på detta hotell i Alanya och jag kan inte nog understryka den otroliga utsikten från mitt rum. Att vakna varje morgon till det magnifika landskapet var en ren fröjd. Personalen var oerhört vänlig och tillmötesgående, vilket gjorde vistelsen ännu trevligare. Placeringen av hotellet var perfekt för mig, då det var mitt i allt och bekvämt för att utforska Alanya. För de som älskar stadens puls är detta platsen att vara. Dock, för de som är ljudkänsliga, kan den livliga atmosfären vara något störande. Sammanfattningsvis, om du letar efter en plats med en fantastisk utsikt, vänlig personal och ett centralt läge mitt i stadens händelser, är detta hotellet för dig. Men om du är extremt ljudkänslig, kanske det inte är det bästa valet för en avkopplande vistelse.

Avoid this place
We booked a double single bed fpr 2 days, we arrived and dthey gave us a room with 2 single beds and said all double bed rooms were booked even tho we made reservation for that room 3 months in advance. Recepcionist was rude and refused to offer any compromise. Given room was very old and dirty. Shower was full of mold. Breakfast was limited and they are charging extra for orange juice

Manzara büyüleyici bir sanat eseri gibiydi..
Deniz manzarasi ve karsidaki daglarin uzerinden, gunesin dogusunu izlemek bir sanat tablosu incelemek gibiydi.. boyle bir manzaraya uyanmak eşsiz bir deneyimdi.. kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.. otel alanya merkezde oldugu icin her yere yurume mesafesinde.. merkezde oldugu icin gece biraz gurultu olabiliyor. Cocuklu aileleri rahatsiz edebilir..

Tasokas Hotelli.Aivan mieletön näköala vuorille ja merelle.Sijainti suoraan Alanyan sataman yläpuolella.Huoneesta löytyi kaikki.Lämmin tehokas suihku,paljon erilaisia valoja,hyvä sänky,toimiva netti,tupla verhot päivä ja yö,kiva parveke kuivaustelineellä uima-altaan kyljessä.Allas ei vaan ollut käytössä vuodenajasta johtuen.Hyvä aamiainen jonka sai nauttia terassilla kera näköalan.

Overall it’s good. Just mini bar not cold and no air conditioner inside the room it’s not function could be not in used. Can’t sleep well because very hot.Breakfast everyday same for 4 nights over there.

Location: 5☆ there's no better Hotel in Alanya for location, you're within walking distance of every bar, restaurant, nightclub, shopping outlet and views like no other, if you're a family with young kids? I wouldn't recommend being here if you're offended by loud noise. (Anyone who says different is wilfully lying to you and the opinion should be disregarded) Food: Food has improved vastly since my last stay here and as a chef myself I know what good is and what's not, breakfast is what you come to expect in Europe as a whole (Continental, Pastries, Egg Station with medley of fruits/yoghurts) Pool: The pool is what you can come to expect in this location (Leans on the small side) but it's more than ample, it comes with a bar where you can get drinks and order food both of which are excellent. Maid Service: The maids are always a pleasure to deal with and I'd offer some unsolicited advice to many a traveller who reads this...(TIP YOUR MAID EARLY ON) it doesn't cost the Earth & 100 TL goes a very long way and you'll never complain about towels or turndowns ever again. Reception: This has seen the biggest improvement overall, its far more professional and far more professional and far more easier to deal with than the last time. It was a quick check-in/out and we had zero qualms.

Hotellin sijainti oli täydellinen. Kaikki oli kävely matkan päässä, mutta hotellista oli silti kaunis laaja näkymä merelle. Hotelli huoneessa on kaikki tarpeellinen ainoastaan ilmastointi saattaa olla vähän heikko. Muuten kaikki oli täydellistä.

Superb location, clean rooms and effective A/C. Free WIFI, use of a kettle and excellent sanitary facilities. Staff at the hotel are pleasant and helpful. Sheets and towels were changed on a daily basis and water bottles were replenished for use with the kettle. Amenities were generally very good with some minor room for improvement i.e., fridge not the best, flashing night light and one loose plug socket. Noise complaints highlighted in the other reviews was a non-issue for us. You could only hear people if they were making noise in the corridors. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate in booking here again in the future.
