First off I would like to say that Cat was absolutely amazing, very attentive during her shift and had great customer service. The room I booked looked a lot bigger online than in person so that was a little disappointing, nonetheless it still served its purpose. The bathroom didn’t have any shower gel and in fact you can tell that none of the containers has been filled for my stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, for me that makes or breaks your stay. I was not able to get a good nights rest because of how uncomfortable the bed was. I also wasn’t previewed that the hotel is also a long term stay hotel so that caught me off guard. The AC is not strong so getting ready in the room became hot afterwhile. I found them on TikTok, next time I will do more homework on the hotel I book. I would give them overall a 5.5/10. Cat, alone is a 8.5/10 she’s amazing! - however I would never book here again just simply based off the bed and AC.
