"Staff was less than helpful. She couldnt find my reservation from Expedia so I didn’t end up staying the 2 nights and they are not accommodating and didn’t give me a refund!!"

"Host does respond promptly. Plenty of room for large or multiple families, with very nice entertainment amenities. However, note that although there are plenty of chairs, actual dining table space with chairs only provides enough seating for four. The kitchen does have a lot of useful small appliances, but a limited number of table settings. And if renting for more than a day or two, you should plan on providing your own dishwasher soap and trash bags, as only a very limited quantity is provided."

"Room was filthy! We couldnt bare the smell that was unmistakably cat urine and cigerettes. Cigerette burn holes covered the bed linens, pillows, carpet and every surface in the room. Outside of the room people (appearently not guest) were laid in hallways inside and out.We immediatly returned to counter and informed the girl who checked us in that the room was unacceptable. All she said was " Yeah I get it, go online where you booked it and get a refund". She never offered to get us a " clean room " which I am guessing that didnt exist in this hotel.The following day we were still charged for the Cat Urine room! No refund has been given since and no explaination what so ever. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE - YOU WILL ONLY BE PAYING FOR THEM TO KEEP THEIR LIGHTS ON FOR THE FOLKS IN HALLWAYS! BEWARE!"
