Great location and very clean hotel. However, the receptionist was rude, did not speak English well, and was unprofessional for a 5-star hotel. Pool service was poor no menu available, and it took almost 45 minutes to receive one. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

I think this hotel is over priced. Alhamdulillah I’ve had the opportunity to stay in many Makkah hotels and this by far was the toughest to get to the the breakfast was terrible. 1.
