Pictures are better than the reality. This hotel has spent some money making the shared areas (lobby, dining room, etc.) look modern and up to date. The rooms are very large and the beds are comfortable and the AC and WiFi are good. With that said, the rooms do need an upgrade. The rugs are worn/stained. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The rooms just look dirty. The location is excellent. Plenty of places to get a quick bite to eat and pick up items for your trip. The staff is nice and try to meet your needs. Just needs a little sprucing up to be truly considered a 4 star facility.

well air conditioned, friendly staff. we left too early to try the breakfast, but they had a fairly roomy dining area so I expect it would have been decent. we got a free room upgrade since there were very few tourists at the time due to the conflict between Hamas/Israel at the time. For the price (55 JOD/night at the time for two twin beds), I'd definitely stay there again.

His dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere—always greeting guests with a smile and remembering their names. guiding the team to deliver seamless service, and ensuring delicious meals are consistently presented with care—truly elevates the entire dining experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality make every visit memorable. It's clear that under his management, the restaurant doesn’t just serve great food—it brings people together
