It’s not a resort, it’s just a hotel with swimming pool and beach. It’s a decent hotel on the palm but not like your typical 5 star hotels. Dinning area very small and overcrowded. Rooms aren’t very spacious. Food Quality in the buffet is average, not sure what cuisine they are following - not fully continental or Indian or Arabic - lost in translation I guess. Staff are super helpful all over though.

The property and the room were excellent overall. However, our experience was affected by a few service issues. We experienced a power outage that lasted around 45 minutes, and it took quite a while for the engineer to arrive and resolve the issue. Additionally, the staff was very slow to respond to requests. We checked in late, around 1:00 AM after our flight, and requested an extra bed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t provided until around 3:00 AM, which meant we couldn’t get to sleep until much later than expected.

Very helpful and very accommodating at a stressful time. Great location and very close to the marina.
