「The hotel is clean however once you walk on the tile floor or roll suitcase over it, shoe prints and roller marks are everywhere. I would have liked a hairdryer in the room along with extra toilet paper. And I would like shower doors clean from water spots. Those are my only negative comments, lots of positives.」

「Mildew musty, black mold in shower ceiling, damp carpet, greasy slippery floor. Rusted out shower head. No phone in room.
Second room. Musty mildew smell. Finally a shower after a long hot day before the banquet dinner. No Water Pressure. Staff tells me they are having equipment problems. Next morning water is on but barely.
Trying to pack out, only two luggage carts, waited over an hour before I gave up and made several trips carrying my stuff.
The Catch 22, booked through Expedia, staff...
