"We stopped in Ajijic by fluke! I saw the pictures of the hotel on Expedia and booked it. What a lovely surprise! The room was bright and roomy. The staff very friendly. Luis Aceves at the front desk a pleasure to speak with. Parking and check in was a breeze. Although the wait staff was attentive, one drawback was that the cash register was not at the bar, but at the outside restaurant. It took time to process the payment. Seeing and chatting to older guests at the hotel, they mentioned feeling like unsafe going into the jacuzzi due to a lack of a handrail. Just a thought to add. Thank you again for a lovely stay!"

"The pool is refreshing. The location is central, but within the walls the place is serene. The rooms are lovely. There are many delicious choices for breakfast. But what makes the place for me is the staff - who are all friendly and super accommodating. I will return again. "

"The housekeeping staff was lovely. Location is very quiet and about a 20 minute walk to the Centre. Lakeside location was lovely with 2 nice pools. The hotel itself is quite secure with locking gates though the screen door from the patio did not seem to lock securely. We weren’t really worried about it but others might be. Our only quibble would be with our daily visits from cockroaches. Maybe more of an issue for our room as it was right off the garden (lovely outdoor seating area by the way). Staff provided us with big spray which was helpful but still unpleasant for us queasy Canadians who are not used to big bugs. "

"Be sure to press the red button on the water heater or you will only have cold water. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. Walking distance to a shopping center that has a Cinema, restaurants, coffee shop, Bakery, a grocery store, and a gym that allows you to get a day pass for under $5. It has a single car garage!!! I "

"The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs. It was perfect for our two night stay and local plaza, other tourist sites were within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is close to the Plaza, as well as many restaurants and stores. The staff was very attentive and helpful and my room was very nice. The continental breakfast offered a variety of foods and there is a bar that opens in the afternoon. Overall, my visit was very nice and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family."
