It has a surface area of 72 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. - Visit the Maison Bonaparte, a museum housed in Napoleon's birthplace, tracing his family history and the imperial era.
- Admire the sunset from Pointe de la Parata, offering spectacular views of the Sanguinaires Islands and their Genoese tower.
- Explore the Citadelle Miollis, a former Genoese fortress transformed into a cultural venue hosting exhibitions and events.
- Stroll through the old town and the port, discovering picturesque streets, local markets and the hustle and bustle of the old port with its fishermen.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's outdoor car park for all types of vehicles. Free public parking is also available nearby.
