"It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified. "

"The location is amazing - the balcony is a great place to sit and gaze at the views, and watch Annecy pass by. Special mention to the nearby Haven cafe for breakfast - booking advised! Beer o’clock is one of many very pleasant places to relax with a drink - the markets are worth a look and the clean up after them is impressive! The lake water is as clean as the photos suggest - all in all this is a place and an apartment that will give you a great holiday!"

Malheureusement le gérant, qui vit dans la partie à côté, est intrusif et ne tolère pas le bruit.Lorsque l'on loue un gîte pour 14 il faut bien comprendre que les gens sont là pour se réunir et passer du temps ensemble, même le soir..Nous sommes une petite famille sur 3 générations avec 6 enfants, inutile donc de préciser que nous n'avons pas organisé une rave party, et donc il etait fort désagréable d'entendre frapper au mur à partir de 22h dès...
