I understood that the sheets would be changed every five days and the room would not be cleaned, but I was not informed that I would have to request towel changes. I was also unsure about how to dispose of garbage."

However, the fundamental cause of this was charging me what I did not use by default. I should have been more careful. I don’t know if this happened on purpose or not, yet they should not do this anyway. For the rest of my experience was good."
