A tropical Whitsundays view awaits you from the balcony of the spacious deck which overlooks Coral Sea Marina. Enjoy the morning sunrise whilst enjoying breakfast and watching the sailboats head out to the beautiful Whitsunday Islands.

Located only 350 metres from the heart of Airlie Beach and main street which is home to a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants. You are also central to both main marinas and transit centres. This home is conveniently positioned with all major tour groups and airport transfers providing services direct to your front door. And if you have your own boat to go touring around the islands, there is space for that too.

For the chef, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, but if you fancy a night off form cooking why not take a stroll down to Airlie or even visit Sorento's Italian Restaurant at Coral Sea Marina, just a few minute's walk away. There is also a Gas BBQ at the house... the options are endless.

With two bedrooms upstairs and a further two downstairs, there is plenty of room and plenty of privacy. A bathroom on each level for your convenience also. Please note there is an external staircase to access the top and bottom levels.

The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout for your comfort during the warmer months.
Cool off by taking a plunge in your very own private pool, with a shade sail to keep the kids out of the sun.

Choose a novel, pour yourself a wine and melt into one of the loungers as you breathe in the salty air and let your worries drift away with the sunset...

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Perfect in Airlie!

Great location (very short walk to town) with superb views, especially sunset. Well appointed house with two separate living areas (eg suitable for teenagers) but also big enough for united family living. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend this place, we had such an amazing time as a family here. It's walking distance to town (about 7/10 min) so that's good too. What else? We had a blast! thanks very much. Hope to get the chance to come here again all the way from Portugal.

The location of this property was perfect, incredible views. The pool and deck were great for cooling off and relaxing. Good communication, however a welcome folder with house tricks, local suggests etc would have been helpful.All three guests were disappointed by the little but important things. 1 ply toilet paper, little to no hand soap in all the bathrooms and toilet, airfreshening in the toilet, small bins in the bathroom, no hand towels or face cloths, no hair-dryer, the tiniest container of UHT milk, no ice tray, no olive oil. they either need to include these items, or tell guests prior to arrival. It's the small things that really lift a stay, and this beautiful home missed the mark for the price range.

The size of the house was awesome. The split level living was perfect with the adult kids. They had the lower area which included lounge, kitchenette, bathroom , toilet, and 2 bedrooms while the adults stayed up stairs in the main living quarters. The upstairs is accessible via outdoor stairs which I liked. Facilities were amazing with the pool and outdoor entertaining area. This property is well worth the visit and I highly recommend staying here.

Family getaway

We are a family of 8 spanning 3 generations, travelling from Canada for my wife’s 40th birthday. We absolutely adored this home! It was perfect for all of us to have common spaces and private space. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was great and all the extra space was well used. We loved the view and the deck the most. The hosts were great! They communicated well and helped with some transport issues we had.

Reviewer Comments: The property is located very close to the centre of Airlie Beach with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was unfortunately not cleaned on our arrival and we couldn't use the property for a few hours. The company provided a bottle of bubbles as compensation. The pool is big enough to cool down on hot days. We stayed for one week and the water became very dirty/ concerning colour by the end of our stay. Not sure if someone came inbetween to check the water quality? The light in the shower and main bedroom downstairs didn't work and the power switch for the kitchen upstairs came off a few times. These little hiccups didn't bother us very much. Overall I really can recommend the property for a holiday in Airlie Beach. We all have had an amazing time.

Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Only blemish was the treatment we received from the management agency. I suggest the 'vetting' process should be completed on the initial booking, not the day before you arrive and full payment taken. If able, I would have cancelled the booking and went elsewhere - based purely on that experience. I found the 'dressing down' received before arriving, quite unprofessional e.g. informing me that if I met a 'nice lady' down the street I was not allowed to bring her back to the house....... Being a middle aged and happily married, was a little taken aback - but thanked her for the clarification and made a mental note to steer away from 'nice lady's'...Check other reviews.....
