"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). "The room size was great. The structure of the shower, toilet, and sink was a bit strange, a room within a room and the sink was inside the room. The property has lockers to save ski equipment. There is a bus station just in front the hotel. In general good location in town. Great staff. The food at the restaurant not very tasty."
